No refunds will be provided for payments already processed

4.3 Account Access

Your account will remain active for 12 weeks from the start date

After 12 weeks, your account will be automatically deactivated

All course materials, feedback reports, and progress data should be downloaded before account deactivation

We do not guarantee access to any materials after the 12-week period

5. Privacy Policy

6. Security and Payments

We use secure payment processing methods. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. International payments may incur additional fees.

Payments processed cannot be reversed
